FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Pricing, scheduling, remote help, and security—everything people usually ask before they call. Don't see yours? Ask us; the consultation is free.

01

Pricing & billing

How much do you charge?

Hourly work starts at $125/hr. Onsite visits have a 1-hour minimum. Remote support has a 30-minute minimum, then it's billed in 15-minute increments. Bigger projects—migrations, new networks, camera installs—are quoted at a fixed fee so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Do you charge a trip fee?

Not in our four core towns: Indian Land, Waxhaw, Monroe, and Matthews. Beyond those, a small trip fee applies, and we'll tell you what it is before we schedule.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Tell us what's going on and we'll give you honest options and a price—no obligation and no pressure.

Do you offer service plans?

Yes, for businesses. Every plan is tailored to your users, devices, and goals, and can include monitoring, patching, backups, help desk, and technology planning.

What about emergencies?

Emergency onsite service is available at premium rates when something can't wait. Call any of our lines and we'll tell you what we can do and what it'll cost before we roll.

02

Scheduling & service

How fast can you help?

Remote support is typically same day. Onsite visits are typically next business day. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Where do you work?

Indian Land, SC and Waxhaw, Monroe, and Matthews, NC—plus nearby towns like Fort Mill, Lancaster, Marvin, Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail, Stallings, Mint Hill, Ballantyne, and Pineville.

Do you work with homes or just businesses?

Both. Many of our customers are families and home offices; many are small businesses. You get the same care either way.

Who will show up?

One of our techs—a friendly, professional tech who'll explain what they're doing. Behind them is decades of senior IT and security experience if the problem gets tricky.

Can you fix it remotely?

Many software, email, printer, and account problems can be fixed remotely with a secure screen-share you control. Hardware, cabling, and installs need an onsite visit.

03

Security & trust

Is remote access safe?

Yes. We use a secure, encrypted tool, you approve each session, and you can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.

I think I was scammed or hacked. What should I do?

Don't pay anything and don't let the caller back in. Disconnect from the internet if they had remote access, then call us. We'll clean up, secure your accounts, and help you protect your bank and email.

Can you help us meet insurance or compliance requirements?

Yes. With CISSP-level security experience, we can help with cyber-insurance questionnaires, HIPAA and PCI basics, policies, and the controls that matter most, like MFA and tested backups.
